Marisa & Co. completed the painting and vinyl wall coverings in all 184 guest rooms, bathrooms and corridors. Marisa & Co. also installed all new furniture in the guest rooms giving them a new and updated look.

This was quite the project, albeit a small apartment. While the owner was away, the water pipes burst flooding the apartment leaving 3 ft of water causing major damage to the apartment. Truth be told it needed some updates anyway. Marisa & Co. gutted the apartment and replaced all of the walls and flooring. After adding new spray foam insulation,we renovated the bathroom, living room, bedroom and the kitchen. We added all new heating, lighting, flooring (LVT flooring and ceramic tile)  and completely redesigned the kitchen. Marisa & Co. painted and even updated the exterior structure and siding.

Marisa & Co was honored to be chosen as the painting contractor for this high end luxury town home project. There were 25 newly constructed town homes.

We are having a blast with the renovations for the Lincoln Motel. With funky touches, like a galaxy ceiling over the hot tubs and wavy walls, you have to check these pictures out! 

Marisa & Co. enjoyed updating the classrooms and hallways this summer at the beautiful and private school. 

Marisa & Co. was happy to be called to renovate this historic building in the center of Shrewsbury. Almost 30 years since the buildings last face lift, now it's exterior looks as good as their steaks taste!
